Created to help students establish a deeper connection with vinyasa...or movement with breath, these gestures will help you maintain the integrity of the breath throughout a challenging sequence. Each sequence has a breath body link that we return to again and again, re-establishing the ease and flow of breath before adding new postures to the sequence. Curious? You can watch a video of the Body Breath Links for Fire and for Water to see what all the fuss is about.

No green screens here! Namaste Yoga was filmed on location in Vancouver, Canada, a beautiful West coast oasis surrounded by water on three sides and nestled alongside the Coast Mountain Range. Vancouver is the largest city in the province of British Columbia with over half a million residents and one of the mildest climates in Canada.

Home to spectacular natural scenery and a bustling metropolitan core, Vancouver was Host City to the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2010.

Each Namaste Yoga location was carefully chosen to provide beautiful, serene cinematography to accompany your yoga practice. Many of the locations are famous Vancouver destinations. But some of them may surprise you - who would have thought that yoga could look so beautiful under a bridge or on a rooftop?
