What are your shipping rates?

We are pleased to offer simple, flat shipping rates for all orders shipped anywhere in the world!

Going to the US? $5
Going to Canada? $8
Going to Mexico? $12
Going anywhere else? $15

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Depends on where you live!

In the U.S. (yes, that does include Alaska & Hawaii) it'll take 2-5 business days and will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
For Canadians, shipping is 2-7 business days, sent via Canada Post Expedited.
All other destinations will receive their orders in 6-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail International.

These shipping times are estimates based on when your order leaves our warehouse. Happily, once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package as it makes it's way to you!

I live in Europe. Are your DVDs compatible here (Zone 2)?

Our DVDs are NOT zone or region specific. We feel you should be able to practice Namaste Yoga wherever you are in the world!

I’m trying to purchase a DVD from your shop but you don’t seem to accept American Express. What can I do?

Although our credit card payment option is limited to Visa and Mastercard, we do accept American Express and Discovery cards through the Paypal Express payment option.

Help! Your website isn't working for me. How do I buy the DVDs?

Yikes - we are so sorry for your troubles. You can either find the DVDs on Amazon or you can call us to place an order over the phone. Our phone number is 604-681-6543. We are also happy to help through info@namaste.tv.

My product is defective, how do I replace it?

We work hard with our manufacturer to follow the most stringent Quality Control procedures. Unfortunately, nobody is perfect! If there is an issue with the DVD set that you have just received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we would be happy to replace the set.
