Woah, there was a Yoga Challenge?
Yes, and we missed you! Our first yoga challenge ran for 28 days in January 2016, and was so successful we did it again in February. Each day participants received an email with a video link to the daily yoga sequence taken from Seasons 1-4 of Namaste Yoga, along with yoga tips and weekly prizes. We also had a fantastic community that shared photos, stories and encouragement, and on-staff yoga instructors to answer any questions.
