Frequently Asked Questions
I want to try Namaste Yoga. Where should I start?
We’re so excited to have you! If you’re new to yoga, a great place to start is with our beginner bundle of 6 easy sequences taken from across Seasons 1-3. You can also check out our YouTube channel for tutorials and more. If you’re an experienced yogi, then jump right in and try one of our seasons.
Should I do the seasons in order–1, 2 and then 3?
You can do the seasons in any order you like! Each season has sequences that range from gentle to challenging. Seasons 1 and 2 are choreographed and narrated by Kate Potter, while Season 3 was created by Erica Blitz. You can sample each season here.

Why are DVDs from a Canadian company shipped from the U.S.?
While we are a small Canadian company, the largest percentage of our community resides in the U.S. Since we are not big enough (yet!) to support facilities in both countries, we chose to process our orders in the U.S.
Why are DVDs from a Canadian company sold in U.S. dollars?
Since most of our customers are from the U.S., we chose to process our orders in U.S. currency.
I live in Europe. Are your DVDs compatible here (Zone 2)?
Our DVDs are NOT zone or region specific. We feel you should be able to practice Namaste Yoga wherever you are in the world!
What Payment Options Do You Accept?
We happily accept payment of your purchases using Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
I’m having difficulty with the website. How can I place an order?
We are so sorry for your troubles. In Canada and the U.S., you can also find the DVDs on Amazon. You can also place an order over the phone by calling 604-681-6543. We are also happy to help through firstname.lastname@example.org
I have problems with my order. What do I do?
We do our best to make sure every order is processed with speed, care and accuracy. Unexpected things happen sometimes, and we are ready to help navigate any issues that arise. Please message us at email@example.com with any questions and concerns you have. We greatly appreciate the inclusion of your full name and order number (found in your confirmation e-mail) with your message.
Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
Orders to the U.S. and Canada usually arrive within 7-10 business days. Due to customs delays at the borders, international orders can take much longer. While we regret the wait some community members must endure, we do not have much control over these circumstances. We encourage you to use the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail, and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you observe excessive delays or anything that seems unusual.
My DVD is defective. What do I do?
We work hard with our manufacturer to follow the most stringent quality control procedures. Unfortunately, nobody is perfect! If there is an issue with the DVD set that you have just received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will happily replace the set.

I have a question about a pose (or yoga in general) Can I contact you?

Can I practice yoga during pregnancy?
Congratulations on your growing bundle of joy! Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity. That said, most expecting parents (yes – even dads-to-be!) will benefit from a prenatal yoga practice. We hope you will explore our prenatal yoga video, taught by Erin Ayers.
